Italian Chop Suey

It is very easy and quick to make and kids love it

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Johnsonville Sweet Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni; uncooked
  • 1 medium onion; chopped
  • 1 large can of tomato soup
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Put olive oil in large skillet.
  • Add Johnsonville Sweet Ground Italian Sausage, chopped onion and brown meat.
  • Drain well and leave meat mix in skillet.
  • Meanwhile cook and drain well the macaroni as directed on pkg.
  • Add cooked macaroni to skillet along with the large can of tomato soup.
  • Add salt and pepper if desired and carefully combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and heat through about 10 min. over a low heat.
  • Serve with garlic bread slice and celery sticks.
