Tuscany Pasta

Easy to fix and it's a hearty meal

INGREDIENTS

  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 spring fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 roasted red pepper (from a 14 oz. jar); diced
  • 12 fresh mushrooms; sliced
  • 1 pkg. Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb.. pasta
  • Parmesan cheese; freshly grated

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook sausage in skillet, following pkg. directions.
  • Drain; slice sausage and return to pan.
  • Add tomatoes, dressing, rosemary, pepper, mushrooms.
  • Stir occasionally over low heat; keep warm.
  • Cook pasta following pkg. directions; drain.
  • Add pasta to sauce; toss.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; serve.
