My favorite part about this recipe is the flavor, instead of ground beef use hot Italian sausage with the casings removed.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium size red pepper; cut into strips
  • 2 small green peppers; cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion; cut into strips
  • 2 cups pasta; cooked
  • 1 can diced tomato juice and all
  • Johnsonville Hot or Mild Italian Sausage Links; cut into chucks

DIRECTIONS

  • Brown the sausage.
  • Add veggies until tender.
  • Add can tomatos and pasta serve.
